Kathryn Adamo

For more than twenty years, I have worked alongside leaders and organizations navigating growth, change, responsibility and complex decisions. My experience spans executive leadership, governance, legal and organizational matters, franchise operations, relationship development and the realities of leading when there is rarely a simple answer.

Throughout my career, I have been drawn to the conversations behind the decisions – helping people step away from the immediate pressure, see a situation from a different perspective and determine what matters most.

That experience led naturally to executive and leadership coaching.

Today, I work with leaders who are carrying significant responsibility and seek a confidential space to think more deeply about how they lead, the decisions they face and what comes next. My role is not to provide someone else’s answer. It is to listen, challenge assumptions, invite new perspectives and help clients discover the clarity and direction that are right for them.

I bring particular insight to leaders working within franchise and entrepreneurial environments, where leadership often requires balancing people, performance, relationships, accountability and the needs of the organization simultaneously.

My approach is grounded in curiosity, respect and the belief that meaningful change begins with awareness. Sometimes the most valuable thing a leader can do is step away from the activity for a moment, gain perspective, and see what becomes possible.
